USE

Apply Cellular Face & Eye no rinse Jelly morning and night with a cotton pad or the fingertips, using a gentle circular motion to massage into skin. Begin with the eyes, then the lips and finish with the face, proceeding upward and outward. Do not forget the neck. Remove any excess jelly with a cotton pad.
